Consulting Services definition

Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

Consulting Services means professional services, such as implementation, configuration, custom development and training, performed by SAP’s employees or subcontractors as described in any Order Form and which are governed by the Supplemental Terms for Consulting Services or similar agreement.

Consulting Services refers to the services performed under “Consulting Services Agreements,” which are defined in PCC 10335.5, substantially, as contracts that: (i) are of an advisory nature; (ii) provide a recommended course of action or personal expertise; (iii) have an end product that is basically a transmittal of information, either written or oral, that is related to the governmental functions of state agency administration and management and program management or innovation; and (iv) are obtained by awarding a contract, a grant, or any other payment of funds for services of the above type.

More Definitions of Consulting Services

Consulting Services means the services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan as described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement;
