Examples of Information Recipient in a sentence
In the event that Recipient is requested or required by subpoena or other court order to disclose any Student Record Information, Recipient will provide immediate notice of the request to the District and will use reasonable efforts to resist disclosure until an appropriate protective order may be sought, or a waiver of compliance with the provisions of this Agreement granted.
As a pre-condition to access to Confidential Information, Recipient shall require Sub-Recipients, including Contractor Personnel to sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement containing terms no less restrictive than those set forth herein.
For a period of three (3) years after receipt of Discloser’s Confidential Information, Recipient agrees that: (i) it will not use such Confidential Information for any purpose other than as specified under Section 9.3, including for its own benefit or the benefit of any other person or entity; and (ii) it will use reasonable efforts (but not less than the efforts used to protect its own confidential and/or proprietary information of a similar nature) to protect Discloser’s Confidential Information.

The Information Recipient may also be subject to administrative, civil and criminal penalties identified in law.
