Competing Services definition

Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

Competing Services means services that, if provided to a business other than a Competing Business, would constitute the conduct of a Competing Business.

Competing Services means products or services that are the same, similar or otherwise in competition with the products and services of the Company with which Executive was involved or about which Executive acquired Confidential Information.

Examples of Competing Services in a sentence

• Competing Services shall mean chemistry and biology research and development relating to, arising from, connected with, or competitive with or intended to be competitive with, any product or research project as to which the Executive performed services for the Company, or about which the Executive received access to Confidential Information while employed by the Company.

• I agree that during my employment with the Company and for one year after the termination of my employment, I will not, directly or indirectly, invest in, own, operate, finance, control, or provide Competing Services to any Competing Business Line, in both cases as defined below.

More Definitions of Competing Services

Competing Services means any products or services that are similar to or competitive with the products and services sold or offered by Company. “Restricted Customers” means any of Company’s current, former, or prospective customers to whom Grantee provided services, with whom Grantee had business contact on behalf of Company, with respect to whom Grantee has confidential information, or with whom Grantee had any responsibilities during the last two years of Grantee’s employment with Company.

Competing Services means the same or similar responsibilities I performed for the Company during the two (2) years prior to my last day of employment with the Company and within the same geographic scope, or portion thereof, with respect to which I performed those responsibilities for the Company.

Competing Services means any services rendered in competition with the prescribed services;

Competing Services means any product, service, or process or the research or development thereof, of any person or entity other than the Company that directly competes, in whole or part, with a product, service, or process, including the research and development thereof, of the Company. “Restricted Period” means the period of Employment and for a period of one (1) year after my Employment ends (regardless of the reason for such termination of Employment); provided, however, that the Restricted Period shall not expire and shall be tolled during any period in which I am in violation of this Section 7 or Section 8, and therefore such Restricted Period shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of my violations thereof.
