Improvement Addendum definition

Improvement Addendum means the Addendum Addendum to this Center Agreement which lists the outstanding obligations of the Center which must be met to ensure the continuation of this Agreement under Article H of this Agreement.

Primary Market Area (w) "Primary Market Area" shall mean the area designated by BMW NA in which the Center is expected to focus its activities under this Center Agreement.
