Helpdesk Services definition

Helpdesk Services means the helpdesk services set out in paragraph 2, Part A of Schedule 3;
Helpdesk Services means maintenance, updates, assistance with e-mail sends, and technical support services that are provided to Client by FocusVision, pursuant to such services being referenced to in the Agreement, if applicable.
Helpdesk Services means the service desk support of Mint to assist with support related requests.

More Definitions of Helpdesk Services

Helpdesk Services shall have the meaning given to it in clause 9.1;
Helpdesk Services means maintenance, updates, assistance with e-mails sends, and technical support services to be provided to Client by Decrypt during the hours listed in Section 3.2, pursuant to such services being referenced to in the Agreement, if applicable. Helpdesk Services does not mean remediation of Client programming errors and does not include any Helpdesk Services provided outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays listed in Section 3.2. Further, Helpdesk Services does not include any customizations, adaptations, or modifications to the Proprietary Software to meet Client's requirements.
Helpdesk Services means the technical support services listed in -- Exhibit A that will be available from time to time from XXxxxxxxx.xxx. This suite of services consists of both telephone and web based support services.
