Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

More Definitions of Helpdesk Support

Helpdesk Support means the toll free call centre services provided by the selected Bidder.

The Selected bidder to plan accordingly in the helpdesk service application and include the state Gazette holiday of the client accordingly for each calendar year.
Helpdesk Support means the support center which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract. Helpdesk support is to be provided as per service window defined in this RFP.
