Services Provided by Company. Company agrees to make its employees and facilities available to the Service Provider, upon request of the Service Provider, to perform services as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties from time to time. The cost of such services shall be allocated to the Service Provider in the same manner costs are allocated to the Company pursuant to Section 3 herein. With respect to such services, all terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be applicable as though fully stated herein, except the Company shall be deemed the "Service Provider" and the Service Provider shall be deemed the '"Company” for purposes of determining rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement.
Services Provided by Company. Company will perform the services in connection with the Program as set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

All insurance or other products or services provided or arranged by Company comply with all applicable Laws, all disclosures required by applicable Law to be made concerning insurance and such other products or services were complete and accurate and properly made, and all documents required to be delivered at the time of signing the Loan have been delivered. Privacy. Company shall not make any unauthorized disclosure of or use any personal information of individual consumers which it receives from Household or on Household's behalf other than to carry out the purposes for which such, information is received and Company shall comply in all respects with all applicable requirements of Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 and its implementing regulations. Company shall adopt and maintain a comprehensive privacy policy with respect to its handling of the personal information of individual consumers submitted by such consumers to Company via the Internet. Company's privacy policy shall be available on its Internet websites no later than July 1, 2001. Company shall comply in all respects with the provisions of such privacy policy.
Services Provided by Company. 3.1 Purchasing of medications, vials, labels and other items for Customers in the Territory needed to supply prescription and over the counter (OTC) medications to be dispensed via the Smart Pharm Assist Kiosk™.
Services Provided by Company. The Company shall, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Applicable Law and best industry practices, provide all labor, materials, facilities, services and equipment necessary to Collect, Process, Recycle or Dispose of (as appropriate), market and transport all set out Franchise Materials. Services not within the scope of this Agreement will be provided upon terms and pricing determined by Company.
Services Provided by Company. Company shall provide to Counterparty the benefits (the “Services”) described on Schedule 1 attached hereto and signed by the parties (the “Profile Schedule”). The Services, as described on the Profile Schedule, will be offered through XxxXxxxxxx.xxx and its affiliated social media accounts (collectively, the “Platform”). The Company reserved the right to modify the Platform at any time.

Services Provided by Company a. The Company shall provide the services and information to SEI as specified in the attached Exhibit B.
Services Provided by Company. Company will provide permanent and/or temporary dental staff personnel referrals (including dental receptionists, dental assistants and dental hygienists) for placement in Client’s office(s) based on Client’s requests and needs (“Services”). Company Services will include advertising, marketing, and locating and interviewing candidates. Client Duties. Once personnel are placed with Client’s dental facility, Client is responsible for supervision, work assigned and all other job duties of personnel. Company will not be involved or interfere with any Client’s, dentist’s or other professional’s independent medical judgment. Company is not responsible for personnel’s work performance or for any accidents or injuries to personnel, Client, its employees, contractors and agents. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors and agents, against any and all claims, losses, expenses, costs, damages or liabilities whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of Client’s: (1) professional services provided to patients; 2) intentional acts, gross negligence or willful and wanton misconduct; and/or (3) violations of any law, regulation or ordinance.
