Additional Subcontractor General Conditions Costs: Additional costs for General Conditions may be included within the costs for changes by Subcontractors of any level where the proposed change impacts the Critical Path Schedule and involves an extension of the Contract Time, or when, in the opinion of the Owner, additional General Conditions are required by the change.
Provided that Private Entity has provided a Performance Bond acceptable to Owner and is not behind schedule or otherwise in breach of this Agreement, Owner shall not hold retainage on Private Entity’s Fee, Designer’s Fee, or General Conditions Costs.
This fee shall cover, at a minimum, the Construction Management elements and Costs Excluded from Cost of the Work, as specified in the CM/GC Contract and specifically identified in the Direct Costs/ General Conditions Costs Matrix at Exhibit C (“Matrix”).
