General Conditions Costs definition

General Conditions Costs means other than expressly limited or excluded herein, the costs of CM@Risk during the construction phase, including but not limited to: payroll costs for the Project manager or construction manager (but not both) for Work conducted at the Site; payroll costs for the superintendent and full- time general foremen; payroll costs for management personnel resident and working on the Site; workers not included as direct labor costs engaged in support functions (e.g., loading/unloading, clean-up); costs of offices and temporary facilities including office materials, office supplies, office equipment, minor expenses, utilities, fuel, sanitary facilities and telephone services at the Site; costs of consultants not in the direct employ of CM@Risk or Subcontractors; and fees for permits and licenses.
General Conditions Costs means costs incurred and minor work performed on the jobsite by the Design/Build Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are further described in the Agreement and limited by attached exhibit.
General Conditions Costs means a portion of the costs incurred by Construction Manager during the construction phase, as set forth in Section 3.3(A) below.

Examples of General Conditions Costs in a sentence

  • Additional Subcontractor General Conditions Costs: Additional costs for General Conditions may be included within the costs for changes by Subcontractors of any level where the proposed change impacts the Critical Path Schedule and involves an extension of the Contract Time, or when, in the opinion of the Owner, additional General Conditions are required by the change.

  • Provided that Private Entity has provided a Performance Bond acceptable to Owner and is not behind schedule or otherwise in breach of this Agreement, Owner shall not hold retainage on Private Entity’s Fee, Designer’s Fee, or General Conditions Costs.

  • This fee shall cover, at a minimum, the Construction Management elements and Costs Excluded from Cost of the Work, as specified in the CM/GC Contract and specifically identified in the Direct Costs/ General Conditions Costs Matrix at Exhibit C (“Matrix”).


More Definitions of General Conditions Costs

General Conditions Costs means costs incurred and minor work performed by Construction Manager without the need for competitive bids or competitive proposals as allowed under Texas Education Code section 51.782(i), as amended. The allowable items for General Conditions Costs are further described and limited by attached exhibit.
General Conditions Costs means a portion of the costs incurred by Contractor during the construction phase, as set forth in Section 3.3(A) below.

General Conditions Costs means the costs incurred by the CM/GC during the construction phase includes, but is not limited to the following types of costs; payroll costs for contract administrator or construction manager but not both for Construction Work conducted at the site, payroll costs for the superintendent and full-time general foremen, payroll costs for management personnel resident and working on the site, workers not included as direct labor costs engaged in support (e.g. loading/unloading, clean-up, etc.), administrative office personnel, costs of offices and temporary facilities including office materials, office supplies, office equipment, minor expenses, utilities, fuel, sanitary facilities and telephone services at the site, costs of liability insurance premiums not included in labor burdens for direct labor costs, costs of bond premiums, costs of consultants not in the direct employ of the CM/GC or Subcontractors, fees for permits and licenses.
General Conditions Costs means costs incurred and minor work performed by the CM without the use of competitive bids/proposals, as allowed under Section 51.782 (i) Texas Education Code. The allowable General Conditions Cost items are further described and limited by Article 13 and such other terms of the Agreement (or Exhibits incorporated herein).
General Conditions Costs are the costs for the General Conditions Work, and include the labor rates set forth in Schedule Q.
