General Conditions Work. Refer to Exhibit H for a complete list of approved general condition items. These approved items shall be reflected in the General Conditions lump sum cost shown as a line item in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal and the schedule of values/cost breakdown. Items not shown on Exhibit H will not be accepted as a general condition cost and will be part of the Pre- construction Phase Fee, Construction Phase Fee or Cost of Work.
