Temporary Facilities definition

Temporary Facilities means the temporary facilities required to provide for the temporary Point of Interconnection. Such temporary facilities are identified in Sections 8.c of Exhibit “C”.
Temporary Facilities means a building or structure not meeting the definition for a permanent building or structure, at which consumer and low-impact fireworks are sold, including the following:
Temporary Facilities means food premises established in conjunction with fairs, circuses, concerts, civic events or another event not lasting longer than 7 consecutive days;

Examples of Temporary Facilities in a sentence

  • Temporary Facilities: Construction, fixtures, fittings, and other built items required to accomplish the Work but which are not incorporated into the finished Work.

  • Any subsequent reassignment to Temporary Facilities Training officer will result in a new three (3) month guarantee.

  • During such temporary assignments the employee will be compensated at the premium rate listed in Article 8.2. Temporary Facilities Training officer assignment will be for a minimum of three (3) months, such assignment may be extended at the discretion of the Sheriff’s Department.

  • L Brands’ rights to the Temporary Facilities shall include reasonable access and a limited license to use ancillary services to the same extent as such services are provided as of the Distribution Date to its own employees at such facility.

  • The rights granted with respect to the Temporary Facilities shall be in the nature of a license and shall not create a leasehold or other estate or possessory rights therein and shall not include any right of sub-license or sub-leasehold to any Third Party.


More Definitions of Temporary Facilities

Temporary Facilities means special construction that will be used to provide the customer service for a short duration.
Temporary Facilities means all exhibits, booths, staging, rigging, partitions, seating, signs and banners, decorative materials, furniture, furnishings, equipment and other temporary structures or installations placed or used by Customer in the Center.
Temporary Facilities means the facilities and improvements constructed and installed on the Premises as part of the Temporary Facilities Work.
Temporary Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Temporary Facilities. Until the Torchlight Program, the College’s proposed research center, and associated graduate program are located in the Facility, DDMG or a related entity will provide to the College, at no cost to the University, up to 50,000 square feet of build-to-suit, educational and research space, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and facilities on an as-needed basis, to meet the requirements of the Torchlight Program, the College’s proposed research center, and associated graduate program in mutually agreed-upon facilities in the City Center Community Redevelopment Area of West Palm Beach, Florida. Lessor and Lessee agree that Lessee may erect and display exterior and interior signage commensurate with other tenants in the building housing the Premises, provided that all signage must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Lessee’s signage shall be of equal or greater size and prominence to any other Tenant signage.
Temporary Facilities shall have the meaning given such term in paragraph (a) of Section 2 hereof.
Temporary Facilities means those facilities, if any, which may comprise Metering Facilities, Curb Stop Facilities, Optional Facilities, or additions to the Mainline System.
