Office Personnel a. Employees shall receive vacation or vacation benefits based on length of service and length of work year. Employees whose work year is twelve months (260 days) receive vacation. Employees whose work year is other than twelve months (260 days) receive vacation benefits in the form of pay. Vacation and vacation benefits shall be computed as of the last day of the current fiscal year. They shall be available at the end of the fiscal year or the employee’s work year, whichever occurs first.

Office Personnel a. For services rendered to the school district, employees shall be paid according to the rate scheduled in Appendix A of this Agreement.
