Funding Accounts definition

Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
Funding Accounts means the deposit account(s) of the Borrowers to which the Administrative Agent or the Swingline Lender is authorized by the Borrowers (or by the Borrower Representative on their behalf) to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.
Funding Accounts has the meaning set forth in Section 6.

More Definitions of Funding Accounts

Funding Accounts means the deposit account(s) of each of the Company and the Canadian Borrower to which the Lenders are authorized by such Borrower to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.

Funding Accounts means one or more Deposit Accounts at the Bank Agent in which borrowings under the Credit Agreement are deposited in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
