Any Letter of Credit Sample Clauses

Any Letter of Credit. The obligation of the Issuing Lender to issue any Letter of Credit, and the obligation of the other Lenders to participate therein, are subject to the conditions precedent that (a) the conditions set forth in Section 8.1 have been satisfied, and (b) Borrower shall have certified that, giving effect to the issuance of the requested Letter of Credit, the Letter of Credit Usage shall not exceed any limitations set forth in this Agreement.
