Collections Account definition

Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.
Collections Account means any Deposit Account maintained by Borrower at Bank to which collections, deposits and other payments on or with respect to Collateral may be made pursuant to the terms hereof, to which only Bank shall have access to withdraw or otherwise direct the disposition of funds on deposit therein.
Collections Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02(a).

  • Only the portion of Trust Collections required to be deposited under the Trust's Required Daily Deposit provisions will typically be deposited in the Trust Collections Account each month, and these required amounts may vary markedly from month to month depending on whether any Investor Certificates are maturing on the following distribution date (in which case additional Principal Collections are retained in such account).

  • Only the portion of Master Trust Collections required to be deposited under the Master Trust 's Required Daily Deposit provisions will typically be deposited in the Master Trust Collections Account each month, and these required amounts may vary markedly from month to month depending on whether any Notes (or Certificates) are maturing on the following distribution date (in which case additional Principal Collections are retained in such account).

Collections Account means the account established and maintained pursuant to clause 22.1 or any new account established as the Collections Account under clause 22.3.
