Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A-/A3 or the equivalent rating (or any such rating's future equivalent) by each NRSRO then rating such security or investment (or if rated by only one NRSRO, by such NRSRO) or, if no NRSRO is then rating such security, deemed to be of an equivalent rating by the Investment Adviser on the Fund's books and records.
Investment Proceeds means, with respect to any Determination Date, all interest and other investment earnings accumulated for the immediately preceding Collection Period (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Excess Funding Account, together with an amount equal to the Series 2002-CC Allocation Percentage of the interest and other investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds held in the Collection Account credited to the Collection Account pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Agreement.
Principal Funds With respect to the Mortgage Loans and any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (1) the scheduled principal due during the related Due Period and received before the related Servicer Remittance Date or advanced on or before the related Servicer Remittance Date, (2) prepayments in full collected in the related Prepayment Period, (3) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan that was purchased by the Depositor during the related Prepayment Period or, in the case of a purchase pursuant to Section 9.01, on the Business Day prior to such Distribution Date, (4) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Replacement Mortgage Loan is less than the aggregate unpaid principal of the related Deleted Mortgage Loans delivered by the Sponsor in connection with a substitution of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.03(c), (5) all Liquidation Proceeds collected during the related Prepayment Period (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds relate to principal and represent payment in full), (6) all Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Due Period and (7) all other collections and recoveries in respect of principal during the related Due Period, less (A) all Non-Recoverable Advances relating to principal with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (B) other amounts reimbursable (including without limitation indemnity payments) to the Servicer and the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement allocable to principal.
Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 4.06 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “Prefunding Account, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator, on behalf of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for the registered Holders of HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6.” Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

Capitalized Interest Account Initial Deposit means $44,000,000.
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.06(a).
Principal Funding Investment Shortfall means, with respect to each Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the amount, if any, by which the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds for such Transfer Date are less than the Covered Amount determined as of such Transfer Date.
Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.
Collateral Account Funds means, collectively, the following: all funds (including all trust monies), investments (including all Permitted Investments) credited to, or purchased with funds from, any Collateral Account and all certificates and instruments from time to time representing or evidencing such investments; all notes, certificates of deposit, checks and other instruments from time to time hereafter delivered to or otherwise possessed by the Collateral Agent for or on behalf of any Grantor in substitution for, or in addition to, any or all of the Collateral; and all interest, dividends, cash, instruments and other property from time to time received, receivable or otherwise distributed in respect of or in exchange for any or all of the items constituting Collateral.
Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, the amount withdrawn from the Reserve Account, equal to (i) the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, or (b) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account or (ii) after the occurrence of an Indenture Default that results in the acceleration of any Notes, unless and until the date on which such acceleration has been rescinded, the entire amount on deposit in the Reserve Account. In addition, except in the circumstances described in clause (ii) of this definition, the sum of the amounts in the Reserve Account and the remaining Available Funds after the payments under clauses (ii) and (iii) of Section 8.04(a) of the Indenture would be sufficient to pay in full the aggregate unpaid Note Balance of all of the outstanding Notes, then the Reserve Account Draw Amount will, if so specified by the Servicer in the Payment Date Certificate, include such additional amounts as may be necessary to pay all Outstanding Notes in full.
Spread Account Initial Deposit means an amount equal to 3% of the aggregate principal balance of the Receivables on the Cutoff Date (which is equal to $30,741,017.02).
Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).
Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
Reserve Account Initial Deposit means cash or Eligible Investments having a value of $2,407,920.41.
Collection Account A segregated custodial account or accounts created and maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.04(a) on behalf of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders, which shall be entitled “Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Master Servicer, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered holders of Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2016-C30, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-C30, Collection Account”. Any such account or accounts shall be an Eligible Account. Subject to the related Intercreditor Agreement and taking into account that each Serviced Companion Loan is subordinate or pari passu, as applicable, to the related Serviced Pari Passu Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Intercreditor Agreement, the subaccount described in the second paragraph of Section 3.04(b) that is part of the Collection Account shall be for the benefit of the related Companion Holder, to the extent funds on deposit in such subaccount are attributed to such Companion Loan and shall not be an asset of the Trust, any Trust REMIC or the Grantor Trust.
