Examples of Operating Accounts in a sentence
Permit the aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents held in (i) the Operating Accounts of the Borrower and (ii) the Collateral and Securities Account of the Borrower held at The Chase Manhattan Bank, in each case pursuant to Section 6.13 of this Agreement, to be less than $150,000,000 on March 31, 2001.
The Collateral Agent shall not issue an Activation Instruction with respect to the Operating Accounts unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing at the time such Activation Instruction is issued.
If Gross Revenues are not sufficient to fund the Contingent Shortfall, Manager shall have the right to withdraw the amount of the Contingent Shortfall from the Operating Accounts, the Capital Improvement Reserves, Working Capital or any other funds of Lessee held by or under the control of Manager for the Hotel(s).
