Hazardous Waste definition

Hazardous Waste means the substances regulated as such pursuant to any Environmental Law.
Hazardous Waste means those wastes designated as hazardous by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations in 40 CFR Part 261.
Hazardous Waste means and include any hazardous waste as defined or regulated under any Environmental Law; (iii) "Environmental Law" shall mean any environmental or health and safety-related law, regulation, rule, ordinance, or by-law at the foreign, federal, state, or local level, whether existing as of the date hereof, previously enforced, or subsequently enacted; and (iv) "Seller" shall mean and include Seller and all other entities for whose conduct Seller is or may be held responsible under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Waste means solid waste, or a combination of solid wastes, which, because of its quantity, concentration, or physical, chemical, or infectious characteristics, may cause, or significantly contribute to, an increase in mortality or an increase in serious irreversible or incapacitating reversible illness or may pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly transported, disposed of, stored, treated or otherwise managed.
Hazardous Waste means a solid waste, or combination of solid wastes, which because of its quantity, concentration, or physical, or chemical or infectious characteristics may cause or significantly contribute to an increase in mortality or an increase in serious irreversible, or incapacitating irreversible illness, or poses a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly treated, stored, transported or disposed of, or otherwise managed. Without limitation, included within this definition are those hazardous wastes described in §§261.31, 261.32 and 261.33 of the Delaware Regulations Governing Hazardous Waste.

Hazardous Waste means any waste that contains organic or inorganic elements or compounds that may, owing to the inherent physical, chemical or toxicological characteristics of that waste, have a detrimental impact on health and the environment;
Hazardous Waste means any refuse, sludge, or other waste material or combinations or refuse, sludge, or other waste materials in solid, semi-solid, liquid, or contained gaseous form which because of its quantity, concentration, or chemical, physical, or infectious characteristics may: (a) cause or significantly contribute to an increase in mortality or an increase in serious irreversible, or incapacitating reversible illness; or (b) pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly treated, stored transported, or disposed of, or otherwise managed. Categories of hazardous waste materials include, but are not limited to: explosives, flammable, oxidizers, poisons, irritants, and corrosives.
Hazardous Waste means a product, substance or organism as defined in The Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act, or any future amendment thereof;
