Interest Funding Account definition

Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).
Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

Interest Funding Account means, with respect to any Notes, the Bank Account and any Sub-Account thereof established and maintained as described in the related Indenture Supplement.
