Special Sales Charge Arrangements for Shareholders of Certain Oppenheimer Funds Who Were Shareholders of Connecticut Mutual Investment Accounts, Inc.
Any Fund may discontinue offering its shares to the Investment Accounts.
The Separate Account currently consists of multiple Investment Accounts, the assets of which are used to purchase shares of one of the corresponding investment portfolios, which are usually mutual funds or other pooled investment vehicles (the “Funds”).
The Company reserves the right to add or close Investment Accounts, substitute another Fund (which may have different expenses) without Owner consent, or combine Investment Accounts or portfolios.
The Company can add new Investment Accounts in the future that would invest in portfolios of additional investment companies.
More definitions of Investment Accounts
Investment Accounts means all securities or investment accounts of Borrower with brokerage firms and other Persons.
Investment Accounts means the Accounts established by the Investment Committee to reflect the investment alternatives selected by the Participant from among the investment alternatives made available by the Investment Committee from time to time under Section 4.02 of the Plan. These Investment Accounts will be established under each Distribution Account to reflect the investment alternative(s) elected by the Participant for that Distribution Account.
Investment Accounts means all accounts maintained by any of the Credit Parties for Investments as of the Effective Date and thereafter opened by any of the Credit Parties and consented to by the Administrative Agent.
