Food and Beverage Services means all food and beverage, including alcohol, services required, appropriate or otherwise used or operated in Stadium for any event at the Stadium, including but without limitation, dining, catering, and food and beverage services, through fixed and portable food and beverage service stands, roving vendors, snack bars, suites and any other area in the Stadium from which it is reasonable and appropriate to serve food and beverages, including but not limited to any club or restaurant that is part of the Premises, suites, decks and picnic areas.

Food and Beverage Services means establishments or places of business primarily engaged in the sale of prepared food and beverages for on-premises consumption. Typical uses include restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets, including drive-through or drive-in establishments, and taverns.

Food and Beverage Services means the acquisition, stocking, preparation, cooking, dispensing, serving, sales, and clean-up of food and beverages to ticket holders and other attendees of events at the Civic Center and related services as the Parties may mutually agree. Said services shall be provided in accordance with proper food handling, cooking, dispensing, and cleanliness/clean-up standards as required by law and established by industry practices and industry accreditations. The City acknowledges that it does not intend to transfer any alcohol beverage licenses currently held at the Civic Center, and the Concessionaire will be responsible for alcohol service in accordance with all facility liquor license requirements and applicable law. Manager may access, use, and operate the concession stand areas of the Civic Center to provide the Concessions/Food and Beverage services. Manager will use City software (Appetize) as a point of sale and/or inventory control management system. City acknowledges that Manager may use a third-party concessionaire to provide the Concessions/Food and Beverage Services (a “Concessionaire”). Manager shall remain responsible to City for the proper performance of all Concessions/Food and Beverage Services performed by any third-party Concessionaire under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Nothing herein shall require the City to renew this Agreement beyond the initial term; the City may, at its sole option and discretion, allow this Agreement to expire at the end of the Term or any Renewal Term as applicable, and thereafter directly manage and operate Food and Beverage Services at the Amphitheater, or contract with some other entity or entities to do so, as a part of the Governmental Program.

  • In providing Food and Beverage Services for such Events, the Concessionaire shall use reasonable efforts consistent with industry standards to not allow any activity that is unlawful, creates any nuisance or fire hazard, or will damage or otherwise have a deleterious effect upon the Amphitheater or the reputation of the Amphitheater or the City.

  • The Concessionaire shall provide, perform, and take, or cause to be provided, performed, or taken, in coordination with the Facility Manager, such services and actions, as may be reasonably necessary or advisable to successfully, operate, manage, and provide Food and Beverage Services during Local, Private, and Special Community Events.

  • In all provision of Food and Beverage Services, the Concessionaire shall comply with the terms of all intoxicating liquor licenses that are reasonably required for the Amphitheater.

Related to Food and Beverage Services

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

(F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.
