Retail Store definition

Retail Store means a building or part of a building in which goods, wares, merchandise, substances, articles or things are offered for sale directly to the public at retail value.
Retail Store. – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
Retail Store means a building or part of a building where goods, wares, merchandise, articles or things are offered or kept for retail sale at retail and includes storage on or about the store premises of limited quantities of such goods, wares, merchandise, articles or things sufficient only to service such store but does not include any wholesale business or business supply use, or any establishment otherwise defined or classified.

Retail Store means a store selling stock keeping units at retail. A store which is not open to the general public but is reserved for use by its members shall come within the provisions of this definition unless the members must pay a direct fee to the store to qualify for membership and the store is not required to collect sales tax on transactions with members.
