Retail Store means a building or part of a building in which goods, wares, merchandise, substances, articles or things are offered for sale directly to the public at retail value.
Retail Store. – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.

Retail Store means a building or part of a building in which goods, wares, merchandise, substances, articles or things are offered for sale directly to the public at retail value and shall include minor food processing and packaging in connection with the sale of food products.
