Cottage Sector definition

Cottage Sector. Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.
Cottage Sector means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants (where common facility means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry, meeting room or carpark).
