Financial Services Business definition

Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.
Financial Services Business means any activities undertaken principally in connection with or in furtherance of (i) Capital Markets Activities, (ii) Financing, (iii) Leasing, (iv) Default Recovery Activities, (v) Other Financial Services Activities, (vi) Securities Activities or (vii) the sale of Insurance, the conduct of any Insurance brokerage activities or services or the provision of Insurance advisory services, business processes or software. Financial Services Business also includes any investment or ownership interest in a Person through an employee benefit or pension plan.
Financial Services Business means business regulated under any regulatory law;

More Definitions of Financial Services Business

Financial Services Business means a business specified, or of a description specified, in Schedule 2;
Financial Services Business shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Subsection 6.6(i)(5).
Financial Services Business means the business in which Schwab, Inc. is currently engaged and any additional and related business in which CS Corp., Holdings, Inc. and/or Schwab, Inc. are permitted to engage from time to time during the term of this Agreement under applicable statutes or by the rules, regulations or orders of those regulatory agencies to which such entities are from time to time subject.
Financial Services Business is defined as the businesses of commercial and/or consumer banking, lending, financing, guaranteeing and/or other financial services including, but not limited to, deposit, credit, trust and investment services; corporate and specialty financing and banking; asset-based lending; equipment financing; franchise financing; healthcare financing; transportation financing and leasing and other forms of leasing; mortgage financing and services; real estate financing and investments; factoring and other commercial services; treasury management; asset management (including hedge funds); private equity; financial technology business and services; insurance business and services; brokerage and investment banking business and services; syndications; specialized business solutions; or any other businesses or services that the Company Group engages in or plans to be engaged in. The determination of whether a Participant is engaged in a Financial Services Business shall be made in the sole and exclusive discretion of the Chief Human Resources Officer or his/her designee, which determination shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Participant.
Financial Services Business means providing Advice or Dealing in Financial Products.
Financial Services Business hereafter abbreviated as FSB, means Commercial Bank, Rural Bank, Securities Company, Investment Advisor, Custodian Bank, Pension Fund, Insurance Company, Reinsurance Company, Finance Institution, Pawn Brokerage Company and Underwriting Company, whether conducting conventional business or sharia-compliant business.
Financial Services Business means the offer and sale of financial services products, including without limitation (i) retail financing for the purchase or lease of equipment manufactured by CNH Global, Equipment Subsidiaries or any other manufacturer whose products are from time to time sold through CNH Global’s dealer network, (ii) other retail and wholesale financing programs reasonably related thereto and (iii) insurance and credit card products and services reasonably related thereto, together with the underwriting, marketing, servicing and other related support activities incidental to the offer and sale of such financial services products.
