Five-Day Average Price definition

Five-Day Average Price means the average of the Daily VWAPs per share of Common Stock over the five consecutive Trading Day period ending on the second Trading Day immediately preceding the applicable Dividend Payment Date or other date in respect of which dividends are being paid.
Five-Day Average Price means the Average Closing Price per Ordinary Share over the period of five consecutive Trading Days ending on the Second Trading Day immediately preceding the relevant Class A Dividend Payment Date or applicable Conversion Date;

Five-Day Average Price means the average of the Daily VWAPs per share of Common Stock over the five consecutive Trading Day period ending on the second Trading Day immediately preceding the applicable Contract Adjustment Payment Date or other date in respect of which Contract Adjustment Payments are being paid.
