Reference Price definition

Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Reference Price means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any relevant day (closing price).
Reference Price with respect to a Share means the official closing price of the relevant Share as determined and published by the relevant Exchange on any Exchange Business Day.

Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying expressed in the Underlying Currency and as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data and as published by the Reference Market.
