Average Trading Price definition

Average Trading Price means, with respect to any period, the average of the Market Prices on the last trading day of each full or partial calendar quarter included within such period.
Average Trading Price means the average of the per share closing price of the Shares on the Nasdaq during the five consecutive trading days ending on (and including) the trading day that is one trading day prior to such date.
Average Trading Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Solely for purposes of this subsection 7.4.2, the “Fair Market Value” shall mean 10-Day Average Trading Price as of the date on which the notice of exercise is received by the Warrant Agent.

Average Trading Price means the volume-weighted average of the per share trading prices of Purchaser Common Stock as reported through Bloomberg (based on all trades in Purchaser Common Stock and not an average of daily averages) for the 30 consecutive full trading days ending on the third Business Day prior to the Closing.
Average Trading Price means the average of the Market Prices on the last trading day of each full or partial calendar quarter covered by an Election Period; provided, however, that with respect to the Election Period beginning on July 29, 2003, “Average Trading Price” shall mean the average of the Market Price on November 7, 2003 and the Market Price on the last trading day of the last full or partial calendar quarter covered by that Election Period.
