Exercise Period definition

Exercise Period means the period during which this Warrant is exercisable pursuant to Section 2.1.

  • Irrespective of clause 6.5 above, should the Key Employee not be able to exercise his Warrants before the Expiry Date due to the Key Employee being in possession of inside information as defined under the Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 596/214), the Exercise Period will be extended until the first open trading window in which the Key Employee no longer holds inside in-formation, and thus may exercise the vested Warrants.

More Definitions of Exercise Period

Exercise Period means the period during which a particular Option may be exercised and is the period from and including the Grant Date through to and including the Expiry Time on the Expiry Date provided, however, that no Option can be exercised unless and until all necessary Regulatory Approvals have been obtained.
