Warrants may be exercised at any time during the Exercise Period set forth in the Warrant Agreement.
Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the rights represented by this Warrant may be exercised in whole or in part at any time or times during the Exercise Period by delivery of a written notice, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Exercise Notice”), of the Holder’s election to exercise this Warrant.
Subject to the conditions set forth in the Warrant Agreement, the Warrants may be exercised only during the Exercise Period and to the extent not exercised by the end of such Exercise Period, such Warrants shall become void.
All other modifications or amendments, including any amendment to increase the Warrant Price or shorten the Exercise Period, shall require the written consent or vote of the registered holders of at least a majority of the then outstanding Public Warrants.
Each Warrant not exercised on or before the end of the Exercise Period shall become void, and all rights thereunder and all rights in respect thereof under this Agreement shall cease at the termination of the Exercise Period.
