Exercise Period definition

Exercise Period means the period commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the five-year anniversary thereof.
Exercise Period means the period during which this Warrant is exercisable pursuant to Section 2.1.

Exercise Period means the period commencing with the date hereof and ending five years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
