Exercise Period definition

Exercise Period means the period commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the five-year anniversary thereof.
Exercise Period means the period during which this Warrant is exercisable pursuant to Section 2.1.

  • Warrants may be exercised at any time during the Exercise Period set forth in the Warrant Agreement.
