Closing Average Share Value means the average of the daily closing prices per share of a Group Company's stock as reported on the NASDAQ for all Trading Days in the Closing Average Period.

Examples of Closing Average Share Value in a sentence

At the end of the Performance Period, the TSR for the Company, and for each company in the Peer Group, shall be calculated by dividing the Closing Average Share Value (as defined below) by the Opening Average Share Value (as defined below).
