Other Stock means the securities of the Company into which Warrant Stock may be converted pursuant to the terms of Warrant Stock, which may include but not be limited to another class or series of common stock of the Company, but only if the terms of the Warrant Stock provide for such conversion.

Other Stock means (i) any class or series of preferred stock or other capital stock of the Corporation, other than Common Stock, Common Stock Equivalents and New Preferred Stock and (ii) any securities of the Corporation or of any subsidiary of the Corporation that would entitle the holder thereof to acquire, directly or indirectly, at any time any capital stock listed in clause (i), including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, right, option, warrant or other agreement, document or instrument that is at any time convertible into, exercisable for or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, directly or indirectly, any capital stock listed in clause (i).

Other Stock means the Common Stock and shall also include all other stock of the Corporation of any other class other than Convertible Stock. A reclassification of the Other Stock into shares of Other Stock and shares of any other class of stock shall be deemed a distribution by the Corporation to the holders of its Other Stock of such shares of such other class of stock within the meaning of this Subsection and, if the outstanding shares of Other Stock shall be changed into a larger or smaller number of shares of Other Stock as a part of such reclassification, shall be deemed a subdivision or combination, as the case may be, of the outstanding shares of Other Stock within the meaning of this Subsection a(i).

Examples of Other Stock in a sentence

Subject to the provisions of the Plan, the Board will have sole and complete authority to determine the persons to whom and the time or times at which such Other Stock Awards will be granted, the number of shares of Common Stock (or the cash equivalent thereof) to be granted pursuant to such Other Stock Awards and all other terms and conditions of such Other Stock Awards.
Other Stock or Cash Based Awards may be paid in Shares, cash or other property, as the Administrator determines.
Such Other Stock or Cash Based Awards will also be available as a payment form in the settlement of other Awards, as standalone payments and as payment in lieu of compensation to which a Participant is otherwise entitled.

Other Stock or Cash Based Awards may be granted to Participants, including Awards entitling Participants to receive Shares to be delivered in the future and including annual or other periodic or long-term cash bonus awards (whether based on specified Performance Criteria or otherwise), in each case subject to any conditions and limitations in the Plan.

More Definitions of Other Stock

Other Stock means all capital stock of the Company, other than the Pledged Stock, now or hereafter held in the name of the Borrower.

Other Stock means, with respect to any class or series of Applicable Stock, Corporation Common Stock other than such class or series of Applicable Stock.

Other Stock means (i) any class or series of preferred stock or other capital stock of the Corporation, other than Common Stock, Common Stock Equivalents and Series A Preferred Stock and (ii) any securities of the Corporation or of any subsidiary of the Corporation that would entitle the holder thereof to acquire, directly or indirectly, at any time any capital stock listed in clause (i), including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, right, option, warrant or other agreement, document or instrument that is at any time convertible into, exercisable for or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, directly or indirectly, any capital stock listed in clause (i).

Other Stock shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4(a)(i).

Other Stock means any class or series of capital stock of the Corporation (other than Designated Preferred Stock and Common Stock) that may be duly authorized or designated at any time and from time to time.

Other Stock means (i) shares of Common Stock owned by the Other Holders (including, without limitation, shares of Management Stock held by any Management Holder or any Permitted Transferee thereof); (ii) shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon the conversion or exercise of any options or other securities of the Company owned by the Other Holders (including, without limitation, any Management Holder); and (iii) any shares of Common Stock issued as a dividend or other distribution with respect to or in exchange for or in replacement of the shares referenced in (i) and (ii) above.
