Trading Days definition

Trading Days means any days during the course of which the principal securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading is open for the exchange of securities.

Trading Days means any day on which the primary market on which shares of Common Stock are listed is open for trading.

Trading Days means days on which the primary trading market for REIT Shares, if any, is open for trading.

• The Annexure A Options will have an expiry date on or before 5.00pm WST on 20 November 2025 and an exercise price that is at least 145% of the volume weighted average price for Shares traded on the ASX over the five (5) Trading Days immediately preceding the day of the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

More Definitions of Trading Days

Trading Days with respect to the Common Stock means (i) if the Common Stock is quoted on Nasdaq or any similar system of automated dissemination of quotations of securities prices, days on which trades may be made on such system or (ii) if the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading on any national securities exchange, days on which such national securities exchange is open for business.

Trading Days as used herein, means (i) if the security is quoted on the National Market of the National Association of Security Dealers, Inc. Automated Quotation System, or any similar system of automated dissemination of quotations of securities prices, days on which trades may be made on such system or (ii) if the security is listed or admitted for trading on any national securities exchange, days on which such national securities exchange is open for business.
