Reset Date definition

Reset Date means the First Trading Date and thereafter each day (except Saturday and Sunday) as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Determination Agent pursuant to §317 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith.
Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Reset Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.05.

Examples of Reset Date in a sentence

  • If the Exercise Price is adjusted on a Reset Date pursuant to this paragraph, the number of Warrant Shares issuable hereunder shall be proportionately increased so that after such adjustment the aggregate Exercise Price payable hereunder shall equal the aggregate Exercise Price of the Warrant immediately prior to such Reset Date.

  • The Exchange Rates so determined shall become effective on the first Business Day immediately following the relevant Calculation Date (a “Reset Date”) or other date of determination, shall remain effective until the next succeeding Reset Date, and shall for all purposes of Section 2.03 be the Exchange Rates employed in converting any amounts between Dollars and an Alternative Currency (or any other currency other than Dollars).


More Definitions of Reset Date

Reset Date means the First Reset Date and each date falling on the fifth anniversary of the preceding Reset Date.
