If the Exercise Price is adjusted on a Reset Date pursuant to this paragraph, the number of Warrant Shares issuable hereunder shall be proportionately increased so that after such adjustment the aggregate Exercise Price payable hereunder shall equal the aggregate Exercise Price of the Warrant immediately prior to such Reset Date.
For the avoidance of doubt, the aggregate Exercise Price of this Warrant following any reduction in the Exercise Price of this Warrant and corresponding increase in Warrant Shares on any Reset Date shall be equal to the aggregate Exercise Price of this Warrant as determined as of the Closing Date, subject only to reductions in the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as a result of exercises of this Warrant by the Holder.
