Reset Date definition

Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);
Reset Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.05.
Reset Date means the First Trading Date and thereafter each day (except Saturday and Sunday) as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Determination Agent pursuant to §317 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith.

Examples of Reset Date in a sentence

  • Subject to applicable provisions of law and except as may be provided in the applicable Pricing Supplement for a Floating Rate Note, on each Reset Date the rate of interest on such Note shall be the rate determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable heading below.

  • If, pursuant to the preceding sentence, any Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Market Day with respect to such Note, the Reset Date shall be the next succeeding day that is a Market Day with respect to such Note, except that if the Interest Rate Basis is LIBOR and the next succeeding such Market Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Reset Date shall be the immediately preceding Market Day.


More Definitions of Reset Date

Reset Date means the First Reset Date and each date falling on the fifth anniversary of the preceding Reset Date.
