Outstanding Options definition

Outstanding Options means, at the relevant time, all outstanding options, warrants or other outstanding rights (whether or not conditional or contingent and assuming full performance of any performance linked rights), to subscribe for equity shares of the Company or securities which are convertible into equity shares of the Company, including any agreement or commitment of the Company to issue or grant any such options, warrants or right;
Outstanding Options means, in relation to a Participant, Options which remain unexercised from time to time and have not lapsed or been surrendered and the right to exercise that Option lost.

Examples of Outstanding Options in a sentence

  • Five (5) years after the Separation Date, all Outstanding Options unexercised by Employee shall be forfeited.

  • If the Company or the surviving entity does not have shares of common stock (or partnership units) traded on a national stock exchange or on the over-the-counter market as reported on NASDAQ, the Committee shall convert your rights in the Outstanding Options into a right to receive an amount of cash equal to the amount calculated as per Section 1(A) above.

  • The Outstanding Options may be exercised by Employee until the earlier of the expiration date of the particular award or within five (5) years after the Separation Date, at the time and in the manner permitted under the terms of the applicable Pentair Equity Plan and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

  • The terms of the grant agreements granting such Outstanding Options shall govern the rights and obligations of the Executive with respect thereto, subject, however, to the provisions of Sections 12 and 21 of this Agreement, if and as applicable.

  • In such case, vesting of the Outstanding Options and Outstanding Restricted Shares shall cease on such Termination Date, and any then un-vested Outstanding Options shall terminate (with the then-vested Outstanding Options vested and exercisable as specified in the option grant agreements).


More Definitions of Outstanding Options

Outstanding Options means all options to purchase Shares issued and allotted under the Option Plan which are outstanding immediately subsequent to the Closing Date.
