Development FTE Costs definition

Development FTE Costs means, with respect to any period, the Development FTE Rate multiplied by the number of Development FTEs expended by a Party during such period.

Development FTE Costs mean the product of (i) the number of Development FTEs actually engaged in the Development activity as set forth in the applicable Development Plan and (b) the Development FTE Rate.
