No Additional Payment. Employees will not receive remuneration over and beyond the hospitalization, dental and life insurance coverage provided all City employees if they do not avail themselves of the coverage provided by the City.

After the holders of all shares of Series F Preferred Stock shall have been paid in full the amounts to which they are entitled in Section 4(a) above, the holders of shares of Series F Preferred Stock shall not be entitled to any further participation in any distribution of assets of the Corporation and the remaining assets of the Corporation shall be distributed to the holders of the Junior Stock.

After the Series A Members shall have been paid in full the amounts to which they are entitled in Section 3(a) above, the Series A Members shall not be entitled to any further participation in any distribution of assets of the Company and the remaining assets of the Company shall be distributed to the Common Equity Member.

No Additional Payment. When an employee qualifies for the rate of pay established in accordance with Clause 35.02, they will no longer receive the additional payment set forth in Clause 35.01.
No Additional Payment. Except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, the Parties shall have no obligation under the Agreement to pay or reimburse the other Party for any other amounts, including any other costs or expenses incurred by the other Party in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Agreement. This provision shall in no way limit a Party’s ability to collect damages for any breach by the other Party or in any way limit a Party’s indemnification obligations under the Agreement.

After the holders of all shares of Series C-1 Preferred Stock shall have been paid in full the amounts to which they are entitled in paragraph 4(a), the shares of Series C-1 Preferred Stock shall not be entitled to any further participation in any distribution of assets of the Corporation and the remaining assets of the Corporation shall be distributed to the holders of Junior Stock.
No Additional Payment. Agent’s only form of compensation under this Agreement shall be the compensation set forth in Section 6.1. Agent is prohibited from charging any insured or applicant for a Healthy Premier Plan any fee or charge whatsoever. Agent shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for any incurred expenses, unless previously authorized in writing by UUHIP.
