Development Fees definition

Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.
Development Fees means fees imposed by vote of the CAB, and memorialized in a writing recorded in the real property records of the County, for financing Actual Capital Costs, and such fees shall be required to be paid to the CAB prior to the issuance of a building permit.
Development Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph XII.

  • In consideration of the special status of owner operators, each owner operator shall contribute for each hour worked to the periodic dues identified in Article 4:02 and funds as identified in Articles 14:03 and 14:04 and the Contract Administration and Industry Development Fees as identified in Article 21:00.
