FTE Cost definition

FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.
FTE Cost means, for any period, the product of (a) the actual total FTEs (or applicable portion thereof) during such period, and (b) the FTE Rate.
FTE Cost means, for any Calendar Quarter during the Research Program Term, the FTE Rate divided by 4, multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs applied during such Calendar Quarter.

  • Federal personnel costs should be included only in the row designated "Government FTE Cost," and should be excluded from the amounts shown for "Planning," "Full Acquisition," and "Operation/Maintenance." The "TOTAL" estimated annual cost of the investment is the sum of costs for "Planning," "Full Acquisition," and "Operation/Maintenance." For Federal buildings and facilities, life-cycle costs should include long term energy, environmental, decommissioning, and/or restoration costs.

More Definitions of FTE Cost

FTE Cost means, for any period during the Term of this Agreement, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs expended over such period.
FTE Cost means, with respect to any period and a Party or its Affiliate, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs expended by such Party or its Affiliate during such period; provided that a Party shall not be charged twice for any FTE Cost if such FTE Cost is already included as a component of Manufacturing Expenses payable under this Agreement.
FTE Cost means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period; provided, however, that for purposes of such calculation, no individual may account for more than one FTE in any Calendar Year.

FTE Cost means, with respect to any period and a Party or its Affiliate, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs expended by such Party or its Affiliate during such period; provided that a Party shall not charge the other Party more than once for any FTE Cost if such FTE Cost is already included as a component of other expenses payable to such charging Party under this Agreement.
