FTE Costs definition

FTE Costs means the FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs who perform a specified activity pursuant to this Agreement.
FTE Costs for a given period means the product of (a) the total FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) dedicated by a Party or its Affiliates in the particular period to the direct performance of the activities allocated to such Party hereunder and (b) the FTE Rate.
FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

Examples of FTE Costs in a sentence

  • Within [***] following the final day of each Calendar Quarter, Arrowhead will issue to Novartis an invoice for, if any, the amount of the Reimbursable Development Costs for each applicable Program incurred by Arrowhead during such Calendar Quarter, specifying whether such costs are FTE Costs or Out-of-Pocket Costs and setting forth reasonable details regarding the individual costs of activities included in the Additional R&D Activities.

  • Novartis will reimburse Arrowhead for its Out-of-Pocket Costs, but for clarity not its FTE Costs, incurred in completing such transfer in accordance with the Manufacturing Technology Transfer Plan.


More Definitions of FTE Costs

FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period. FTEs will be pro-rated on a daily basis if necessary.
FTE Costs means, with respect to a Party for any period, the applicable FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) of such Party in directly performing Development, Commercialization or Manufacturing activities during such period to the extent assigned to such Party under and in accordance with the applicable Plan, and not reimbursed by a Third Party.
FTE Costs means the product of (a) the number of FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) used by a Party or its Affiliates in directly performing activities assigned to such Party under and in accordance with the Global Development Plan, the Follow-On Research Plan, the Medical Affairs Plan, the Manufacturing Plan, the Quality Agreement, any Global Commercialization Plan or any Regional Commercialization Plan, as applicable, and (b) the FTE Rate.
FTE Costs means, with respect to any period and a Party or its Affiliate, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs expended by such Party or its Affiliate during such period.
FTE Costs means, for any Contract Quarter, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of hours of service spent in that quarter by employees of Celgene or Acceleron, or their respective Affiliates, working directly on the Development or Commercialization of a Licensed Product.
FTE Costs means, with respect to a Party for any period, the applicable FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs of such Party performing the applicable activity described hereunder during such period.
FTE Costs means the cost of FTEs at the FTE Rate.
