Data Room Documentation means all documentation contained in the Data Room up to and including the date that is one (1) Business Day prior to the date of this Agreement, a complete list of which documentation is attached to this Agreement as Schedule 14. For purposes of Schedule 8 to this Agreement, the phrase “Except as disclosed in the Data Room Documentation” and phrases of similar meaning shall mean information disclosed fairly and with reasonable specificity in the Data Room Documentation. “Disclosed fairly and with reasonable specificity” shall mean information disclosed in such a manner and in such detail as to enable a reasonable purchaser (which holds an existing minority interest in the Company) to make an informed assessment of the fact, matter or circumstance concerned;

Data Room Documentation means all information and documentation contained in the Data Room which information and documentation is set forth in Section 1.1(b) of the of the Disclosure Schedules.

More Definitions of Data Room Documentation

Data Room Documentation means all information and documentation contained in a virtual data room managed by Intralinks, Inc. which is recorded on the DVD-ROM and that additionally provided in the document named “Employee Information” enclosed to the deed of deposit.

Data Room Documentation means all documentation contained in the Data Room or referred to in this Agreement or listed in the data room index provided to the Purchaser or its representatives and any supplementary data room indexes provided to the Purchaser or its representatives up to the date of this Agreement.

Data Room Documentation means all documents, material and information of any nature whatsoever disclosed to the Purchaser, its advisors, representatives or employees in (i) the "Raiponce" electronic data room maintained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation and made available to the Purchaser and its advisers from November 5, 2015 through April 4, 2016 (a list of the documents made available in such data room is attached as Annex F), and (ii) the answers provided by or on behalf of any of the Sellers or the Company, their advisors, representatives or employees in the context of such data room or during site visits or Q&A sessions, of which (x) one electronic copy has been provided to the Purchaser and (y) one electronic copy has been retained by the Sellers' Agent;

Data Room Documentation means all documentation contained in the data room and listed in the Data Room Index dated 6 June 1996 and any supplementary Data Room Index sheets 1 to 26 and the Industry Index and supplementary indices A and OG.
