Public Documents definition

Public Documents. As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
Public Documents has the meaning set forth in ‎Section 4.10;
Public Documents shall have the meaning given to it in Section 7.11 hereof.

More Definitions of Public Documents

Public Documents means the Preliminary Offering Circular and the International Offering Circular for the International Offering, the Prospectus and application forms to be issued in Hong Kong by the Company for the Hong Kong Public Offering and such other documents and announcements which may be issued by the Company in connection with the Global Offering, each as amended or supplemented from time to time;
Public Documents means documents issued by authorities of a Member State and having formal evidentiary value relating to:
Public Documents means any report, document or filing made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Public Documents means all registration statements, proxy statements and other statements, reports, schedules, forms and other documents required from time to time to be filed or furnished by the Company with or to the SEC, and all exhibits included therein and financial statements, notes and schedules thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein;
Public Documents means: (i) the annual information form of ITP dated April 2, 2007; (ii) the audited consolidated financial statements of ITP as at and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 and 2005 and related notes, together with the Management’s Discussion and Analysis pertaining thereto; (iii) the management information circular dated May 25, 2007 prepared in connection with ITP’s annual and special meeting of Shareholders held on June 28, 2007; (iv) the material change reports of ITP dated May 2, 2007 and July 3, 2007; and (v) any other document which is incorporated by reference in the Prospectus;
Public Documents means, collectively, the SEC Documents, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Documents and the Singapore Exchange Documents;
Public Documents means documents to which the University community (Students and staff) have access.
