Written Presentation Clause Samples

The Written Presentation clause requires that certain information, communications, or submissions be provided in written form. This typically applies to formal notices, reports, or proposals exchanged between parties during the course of an agreement. By mandating that presentations or communications be documented in writing, the clause ensures there is a clear, tangible record of what has been conveyed, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over verbal statements.
