Written Presentation. All grievances presented at Steps 1 through 3 of this Section 3.1 shall be in writing on a form to be provided by Management, signed by the aggrieved faculty member, and set forth the specific provisions of the Agreement alleged to have been violated and the specific relief sought by the aggrieved faculty member, or the grievance shall be deemed to have been waived.
