Programme Document definition
Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.
Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.
Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Elavon Agency Agreement, the LS Margin Account Agreement, the New York Law Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the LS Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.
Examples of Programme Document in a sentence
The Determination Agent will not, and will not be deemed to, assume or be liable for the obligations or duties of the Issuer or any other person under the Conditions, the Trust Deed or any other Programme Document unless otherwise agreed pursuant to the Relevant Provisions.
This Condition 14.2(A) shall not limit the authority of the Issuer to make any of the modifications to these Conditions, the Trust Deed and/or any other Programme Document as set out in Condition 14.2(B).

Programme Document means in respect of each Class of WT Securities, each of the Trust Deed, the Security Documents, each Custody Agreement, each Agency Agreement, if applicable, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.
