Co-Documentation Agent definition

Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Truist Bank in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

Examples of Co-Documentation Agent in a sentence

• Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to the relevant Lenders in their respective capacities as Arranger, Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent, as applicable, as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 9.8. The Lenders are not partners or co-venturers, and no Lender shall be liable for the acts or omissions of, or (except as otherwise set forth herein in case of the Administrative Agent) authorized to act for, any other Lender.

• Neither the Arrangers nor the Syndication Agent nor any Co-Documentation Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in their respective capacities as such.

• None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as an Arranger, Syndication Agent or a Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

Co-Documentation Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., DNB Bank ASA, New York Branch, Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of the co-documentation agents identified on the cover page of this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent and “Co-Documentation Agents”: as defined in the preamble.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of RBS Citizens, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of U.S. Bank National Association, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, New York Branch, KeyBank National Association, PNC Bank, National Association and Citizens Bank, N.A., in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.
