Co-Documentation Agent definition

Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of PNC Bank, National Association and U.S. Bank National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Fifth Third Bank, HSBC Bank USA, National Association and Citizens Bank, N.A. in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facilities evidenced by this Agreement.

Examples of Co-Documentation Agent in a sentence

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• None of the Lenders, if any, identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent or Co-Documentation Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall impose upon any Co-Documentation Agent or the Syndication Agent, each in such capacity, any duties or responsibilities whatsoever.

Co-Documentation Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., DNB Bank ASA, New York Branch, Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of Bank of America, N.A., BNP Paribas, Citibank, N.A., ING (Ireland) DAC, Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., New York Branch, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of RBS Citizens, N.A. and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association in its capacity as co-documentation agent for the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent means each of the co-documentation agents identified on the cover page of this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agent and “Co-Documentation Agents”: as defined in the preamble.
