Customer Operations Guide definition

Customer Operations Guide or "COG" means the document developed by Orange and Customer that details the support parameters and procedures for, as well as the listing of all Equipment that receive, the Business Together – Avaya Services.
Customer Operations Guide or "COG" means a general guide to the Service that describes the Service delivery practices. The Parties will update the COG from time to time on an as-needed basis. The Customer COG will not be considered a part of the Agreement.
Customer Operations Guide or "COG" means the customer operations guide required for the Service and described in the separate Service Description for Service Management.

  • Service Optimize includes the Customer Operations Guide, Digital Reporting and Analytics Tool, Service Dashboard, and Service Reviews as well as support from a designated Customer Service Manager (CSM).

  • In such case:  Orange will contact the Customer's administrator,  If Orange does not receive any reply from the Customer within the time defined in the Customer Operations Guide, Orange shall be entitled to decide to apply the necessary corrective measures.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:
