Company Data means all data, information, Documentation and other Content provided by or on behalf of Company to any of the Company Services.
Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).
Company Data means all confidential data, information, and data compilations contained in the Information Technology Systems or any databases of any Group Company that are used by, or necessary to the business of, the Group Companies.

Prior to Implementer receiving any Company Data, Implementer shall comply, and at all times thereafter continue to comply, in compliance with Company’s Data security policies set forth on Exhibit (“Security Measures”) and pursuant to Company’s Confidentiality provisions in Section [_]. Company Data means any data or information of, or regarding, Company or any Company Affiliate that is provided to or obtained by a Provider or Subcontractor employee in connection with the Agreement negotiation and execution or Provider performance obligations, including data and information with respect to the customers (including all PII relating to such customers), operations, facilities, products, rates, regulatory compliance, competitors, assets, expenditures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, xxxxxxxx, collections, revenues and finances of Company or any Company Affiliate.
