Company Data definition

Company Data means all data, information, Documentation and other Content provided by or on behalf of Company to any of the Company Services.
Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).
Company Data means all confidential data, information and data compilations contained in the IT Systems or any databases of the Company, including Private Information, that are used by, or necessary to the business of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have in place Contracts with all Data Processors to ensure that the Data Processor maintains the confidentiality and security of the Company Data and materially complies at all times with Privacy, Data Security and AI Requirements, and such Contracts include Processing provisions as required under Privacy, Data Security and AI Requirements.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have not suffered or incurred any security breaches, compromises or incidents with respect to any Company IT Asset or Sensitive Company Data, except where such breaches, compromises or incidents would not reasonably be expected to, individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect; and to the Company’s knowledge, there has been no unauthorized or illegal use of or access to any Company IT Asset or Sensitive Company Data by any unauthorized third party.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have not been required to notify any individual of any information security breach, compromise or incident involving Sensitive Company Data.

  • All Company Data will continue to be available for Processing following the Closing on substantially the same terms and conditions as existed immediately before the Closing.


More Definitions of Company Data

Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.
Company Data means the data contained in any databases owned by the Company and Company Subsidiaries (including any and all Trade Secrets and Personal Information) and all other information and data compilations possessed by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Company Data has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(n).
Company Data means any and all information concerning CUSTOMER and its affiliates and their respective business in any form, or to which the CUSTOMER or its affiliates have access, that requires reinforced protection measures, including but not limited to private or secret information, Personal Data, Cardholder Data, commercially sensitive information, Critical Infrastructure Information, strategic business information, credentials, encryption data, system and application access logs, or any other information that may be subject to regulation.
Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received by or for the benefit of the Company, or otherwise within the possession or control of the Company or any Company Contractor or subcontractor, in connection with the development, testing, marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product or the Business, including Personal Information.
Company Data means Primary Dealer trade data for a set of ISINs provided by the Primary Dealer following the request of the DSTA pursuant to the Euro Market Activity Report, which shall be used solely for the permitted purposes set out under paragraph (E) below.
Company Data means all data, information, images, and other content provided to PickNik or its contractors by or for Company in connection with Company’s use of the Software (as defined below), and all data, information, images, and other content received by or for Company from Company’s use of the Software.
