Aggregated Statistics definition

Aggregated Statistics means data and information related to Customer’s use of the Services that is used by DebtBook in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including statistical and performance information related to the Services.

Aggregated Statistics means data and information related to Buyer’s (or its customers’) use of the goods, parts or services which are used by Seller in the aggregate and not directly identifying Buyer, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the goods, parts, and services of Seller.

Aggregated Statistics has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Examples of Aggregated Statistics in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Provider may monitor Customer’s use of the Services and collect and compile Aggregated Statistics.

• Customer agrees that Provider may (i) make Aggregated Statistics publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Aggregated Statistics to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law; provided that such Aggregated Statistics do not identify Customer or Customer’s Confidential Information.

• Customer acknowledges that Provider may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Customer Data input into the Services.

• As between Provider and Customer, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Provider.

Aggregated Statistics means data and information related to use of the Services by Organizer and Participant that is used by SocialPass in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services.

Aggregated Statistics means data, information or other Content (a) derived from Company’s monitoring of Customers’ access to the Services; and (b) related to Customer’s use of the Services that is used by Company in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Services.
