Customer Usage Data definition

Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.
Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of an end user customer measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by one Party and forwarded to the other Party.
Customer Usage Data. [or “Consumption Data”] means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, or power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems.

More Definitions of Customer Usage Data

Customer Usage Data. [or “Consumption Data”] means customer specific gas usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to Ccf, Mcf, Therms, Dth, and other information that is recorded by the gas meter for the Company and stored in its systems.
Customer Usage Data means the local Telecommunications Services usage data of an LSP Customer, measured in minutes, sum-minutes increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by ALLTEL and forwarded to LSP. “Discloser” means that party to this Agreement which has disclosed Confidential Information to the other party. “E911 Service” is a method of routing 911 calls to a PSAP that uses customer location data in the ALI/DMS to determine the PSAP to which a call should be routed. “Effective Date” is the date indicated in the Preface on which the Agreement shall become effective.
Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by AT&T-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.
Customer Usage Data means Service usage data collected and processed by Company in connection with the provision of the Services, including without limitation data used to identify the source and destination of a communication, activity logs, and data used to optimize and maintain performance of the Services, and to investigate and prevent system abuse.
