Cardholder Data definition

Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.
Cardholder Data means any information about an identifiable Cardholder, including Transaction Records as well as any information used to authenticate a Transaction such as, but not limited to, payment card number, payment card expiration date, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Card Verification Value (CVV), Card Verification Value2 (CVV2), passwords, pass phrases, digital certificates, and biometric authentication mechanisms.
Cardholder Data means a User’s individual credit or debit card cardholder name, number, expiration date, the Card Security Code/Card Verification Value/Card Validation Code/Card Authentication Value, or Card Identification Number/Card Authentication Value 2/Card Validation Code 2/Card Verification Value 2.

  • The parties acknowledge that the Cardholder Data or certain other information collected, used and disclosed pursuant to this Agreement may constitute personal information pursuant to Privacy Laws and may be regulated by Privacy Laws and other applicable law.

  • Supplier agrees that it is responsible for the security of Cardholder Data (as currently defined by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and Payment Application Standard Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms) that it possesses (if any), including the functions relating to storing, processing and transmitting Cardholder Data.


More Definitions of Cardholder Data

Cardholder Data means all personally identifiable information regarding a Cardholder, the Cardholder Accounts and transactions a Cardholder makes with a Transaction Card.
