Maintenance Personnel. 1. Alarm Drops: Maintenance employees shall be contacted to respond to Alarm Drops in the following order:
Maintenance Personnel. Maintenance repair personnel are independent contractors of Landlord; consequently, Landlord cannot control their work hours. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Contractors do NOT work weekends nor holidays.
Maintenance Personnel. The hours of work for Maintenance personnel shall be between 0700 and 1630 daily Monday through Friday excluding one half (½) hour unpaid lunch. Warehouse Personnel The hours of work for Warehouse personnel shall be between 0700 and 1630 daily Monday through Friday. The unpaid lunch will be one half (½) hour.
Maintenance Personnel. This constitutes a Letter of Understanding between Finning (Canada) A Division of Finning International Inc. and The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 99. Recently many of the Facility assets have been sold to a financial institution and are now being leased. Finning (Canada) A Division of Finning International Inc. remains responsible and obligated to maintain and operate these facilities as we have in the past. This financial transaction will not adversely affect any of those maintenance personnel located in Calgary, Xxxxxxx Xxxx or Edmonton at the time of the transaction. Finning (Canada) A Division of Finning International Inc. will continue to employ maintenance personnel to carry-out maintenance and support activities where the amount of work and skills requirements are such that full-time positions are required.

Maintenance Personnel. 4 - 12 Shift The Company agrees to make afternoon shifts for Maintenance Workers from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight and lunch will be eaten on the fly.
Maintenance Personnel. The Bus Company shall employ a qualified mechanic for buses in the Bus Company’s fleet providing service as specified under this Agreement. The mechanic shall be capable of performing routine safety inspections on each bus as well as being able to perform general maintenance procedures on each bus.
Maintenance Personnel. One major project per year, needed personnel shall work consecutive ten (10) hour days on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Volunteers within the respective trades shall be sought. In the absence of volunteers, employees with the lowest seniority shall work. During these times, Saturday work shall be straight time.
Maintenance Personnel. Enova agrees that it will provide reasonable and necessary training on applicable federal and state laws and regulations to any of its relevant employees that perform Maintenance Services on behalf of Cash America. During the term of this Agreement, Enova, and any of its authorized employees and agents, shall strictly abide by Enova’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall also follow a standard of conduct equal to or greater than that set forth in Cash America’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, a copy of which has been provided to Enova. Enova further agrees that it shall maintain a disciplinary process to address any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of confidential customer information by any of Enova’s officers, partners, principals, employees, agents or contractors
Maintenance Personnel. Subcontractor shall employ a sufficient number of qualified personnel to perform the Service and satisfy its obligations hereunder. Such personnel shall be knowledgeable concerning the installation, testing and maintenance of the Equipment. If Company requires Subcontractor to maintain and/or install specific Equipment for which the Manufacturer requires maintenance or installation services to be performed only by Manufacturer certified or trained personnel, Subcontractor will provide personnel so certified or trained. Company will assist Subcontractor to enable Subcontractor to obtain such certification or training at Subcontractor's sole cost and expense.
