Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. The period of annual leave prescribed by this clause is exclusive of any public holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day, there will be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. The annual leave prescribed by this Clause is exclusive of the public holidays named in this Agreement that fall on a Monday to Friday inclusive. If any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave, the period of leave will be increased by one day for each holiday.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 - Public holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. (a) Subject to clause 8.1.7 (b) the annual leave is exclusive of any public holiday prescribed by this Agreement and if any such holiday falls within a employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day there must be added to that period one day for each such holiday.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. Where a public holiday prescribed by this Agreement falls within the period of the Employee’s annual leave, that Employee shall be entitled to be absent from duty after the end of that period of leave for the same number of working hours as equals the number of hours that normally would have been worked on such a day.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. 7.2.13 Where any Public Holiday, for which the team member is entitled payment under this Agreement occurs during any period of Annual Leave taken by a team member under this clause, the period of the leave shall be increased by one day in respect of that public holiday.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. 32.5.1 For a full-time Employee, when a public holiday as set out in this Agreement falls within a period of annual leave, an additional day will be credited to the full-time Employee’s annual leave balance.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. If the period during which an employee takes paid Annual Leave includes a day or part day that is a public holiday in the place where the employee is based for work purposes, the employee is taken not to be on paid Annual Leave on that public holiday.
Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. 6.2.1 Subject to this subclause the annual leave prescribed by clause 6.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in this Agreement , and if any such holiday falls within an employee's period of annual leave and is observed on a day which, in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day, then one day in each case shall be added to the period of annual leave, except in the case of even-time cycle employees where compensation will be paid as opposed to days accrued.

The annual leave shall be exclusive Public holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.
