Common use of Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 - Public holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. 53.3.1 The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 53.2 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in by clause 32 69 - Public holidays holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an that employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 27.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 31 - Public holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s employee‟s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 shall subclause 36.1 will be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 45 - Public holidays Holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave day, time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such a day had not been a holidaypublic holiday will be added to the period of annual leave.

The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 52.2, shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in by clause 32 68 - Public holidays holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an that employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 4.2.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 - Public holidays 4.1 in this Agreement and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an that employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 10.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 - 15 – Public holidays Holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. 40.2.1 The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 40.1, shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in by clause 32 56 - Public holidays holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an that employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays. 36.2.1 The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 clause 36.1, above shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in by clause 32 43 - Public holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s Employee's period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee that Employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee Employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

The annual Annual leave prescribed in 30.1 shall be exclusive of any of the public holidays prescribed in clause 32 - Public holidays Clause 23.6 and if any such holiday falls within an employeeEmployee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee that Employee would have been an ordinary working day there an additional day shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holidayreceived.

The annual leave prescribed in 30.1 18.1 shall be exclusive of any of the holidays prescribed in clause 32 16 - Public holidays and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day on which in the case of an employee would have been an ordinary working day there shall be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.
